SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.


Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 8–10 working days from the date the order is placed for delivery within the United Kingdom. International delivery times may vary depending on destination.


Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another trusted courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where tracking is available.


Responsibility After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the delivery lies with the courier service. Kupre Clothing is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.


Delivered Parcels

If tracking confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Kupre Clothing cannot issue a refund or replacement. Customers must contact the courier directly to open an investigation.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. Kupre Clothing cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.


Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to postal strikes, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control. Kupre Clothing is not responsible for such delays.


Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at kupreclothing@hotmail.com so we can assist you. We may require you to allow time for the courier investigation process before any further action is taken.
